Silk Shift with Satin finishes

French seams, silk organza and satin bias

This piece was one of the most delicate and itricate sewing I have done so far. I used Silk organza which is a very fiddly fabric to sew. This piece was made to go with the historical corset. The lining of the corset matches the bias tape.
